He studied at the Conservatorio de las Rosas (Conservatory) in Morelia, Michoacán, where apart from studying piano and percussion, he also became member of the profesional children's choir Coro de Niños Cantores de Morelia. Years later he joined the composition seminar of the Escuela Superior de Artes de Yucatán (School of Arts) under the teachings of Javier Álvarez and Erik Baqueiro.
In 2017 his piece disosiación-és was selected as part of the call for scores Caja de Viento by accordionist Eva Zöllner, in the context of the dual year between Germany & Mexico. That same year, his piece Danzas de los Abuelos was premiered in Amsterdam, as part of the Gleenvinck fortepiano festival by fortepianist Megumi Tanno. In 2018 he was selected as grant holder for PECDA, a state program to incentive the creative and artistic formation.
